Many people start a new business because they are really, really good at a particular skill or talent. What they’re not good at…..and the thing that was my regret when I started freelance writing and marketing was “knowing how to sell myself.” It doesn’t matter how great your product/service is if you don’t understand “selling.” Fortunately, I got help from a few kind folks who were great in sales. Then I was ready to go, and never looked back.
