Love this - brilliant advice and insight from Rich. And no, I'm not just saying that because of his very kind shout-out at the top of this article. It's spot on ANTI-marketing advice - in other words, the customer's view of what NOT to do. And, sadly, these three practices are all too common. Super well done - sharing this now!
