Been out of touch for quite a while while battling a serious illness but ready to get back into the game i was a banker foe 25 years when i fell ill and was crafting when i could but never wanted to profit just give back to the people who helped me well i knew i would someday be able to at least craft again i started saving the coffee cans well i am ready and see many projects but don’t know how to start which to make and then how to market i mean i must have 300 cans can someone help please

The line about her saying people will be grateful she taught them how to get the pomegranate seeds out made me laugh out loud. I’ll have to download that episode. It sounds like a really good one.

And yes…do those things your PR people tell you not to do! I make my team cringe sometimes by the stuff I write, but it ALWAYS works.

Found a couple of better, not messy ways to do extract pomegranate seeds.

I use a combination of the 2.
Martha’s is pretty messy, ineffecient, and damages the seeds,
but it was fun to watch her anyway.

@TheRelationshipInsider I use a rasp (like from the hardware store) instead of a zester, and do it over a bowl. Then I just tap it against the bowl to get the excess off. (Pretty sure that was a Martha tip from years ago, lol). I’ll have to go look up the interview…sounds like I missed a good one!

I was lucky enough to be driving around doing my Martha Stewart-type errands, had the radio on, and caught this interview with Martha Stewart on NPR, too. You are right, she is a “dame.” Nothing stumps her, professionally or personally, Some poke fun at her, but she’s laughing all the way to the bank. I thought of a few questions for her while listening, for example “When zesting a lemon, lime, or orange, how can I get the excess off that’s stuck on the zester when I’m done?”
