Carol Roth on the Right Timing to Pitch Investors

Written By: Catherine Morgan | Comments Off on Carol Roth on the Right Timing to Pitch Investors

I was struck by a post Carol wrote previously on how she didn’t want to “get in on the ground floor” as an investor. I wanted to dive into that more. Carol shared that investors want to mitigate their risk, and joked that ideally she wants to get in on the floor right below the penthouse.

As a billion-dollar dealmaker and someone who personally invests in companies, Carol shares her point of view on what constitutes a good investment – and what she would not invest in.

If you’re fascinated by startup funding – or thinking about getting outside funding for your business – you will definitely want to watch this short interview.
