If you are growing a business or doing anything new and different, you will fail. A lot.

As a group, entrepreneurs probably fail more than any other group.

Why? Because we’re trying new things all the time! We’re building the plane as we’re flying it.

But not everything works out perfectly and you’ll need to talk to your co-founder, team, employees, or investors when things don’t turn out as planned.

It’s a good idea to get comfortable talking about failure, and that is what I cover in this week’s Morgan Moment short video.
