If you have any type of retail establishment or sell physical products, creating customer loyalty is likely at the top of your to-do list. You want people to come back and buy more. You want people to refer your business to their friends and family. This is how you build a thriving and successful business. 

But there are right ways to entice loyal customers, and there are things you can do that will irritate them.

Or, they might not see any differentiation between what you offer and what another business offers, so they go looking for other options, usually the least expensive.
