If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you are probably a go-getter. You are most likely the type of person who strives to create great things and pushes through obstacles.

These are excellent qualities – and here is me giving you a virtual high five.

However, when you spend too much time on the hamster wheel, you can push too much for too long and start to experience burnout.  

Sometimes you just need to give yourself a big permission slip to step away from your business. I share some ways you can tell if you’ve reached that point in this Morgan Moment video below.
