I wrote a post on networking during the holidays last year that got over 4,500 views on LinkedIn.

Clearly, people responded to the topic.

While it’s tempting to call it quits until year-end and curl up on the couch, I think you may miss out on some great opportunities.

First of all, you get to wear your party clothes, which may have been collecting dust since last year.

If that doesn’t motivate you, think about the access you might have to people at holiday parties, and the fact that nobody feels like working.
