It’s graduation and reunion season! Some people look forward to these events, and some people avoid them.
I have been looking forward to my college reunion for a year or more. I keep in touch with many of my classmates via social media, and see several of them in person when I can.
I think it’s important to take time and remember your accomplishments – and even celebrate them. These memories will keep you grounded and focused on doing your best during the tough times and through distractions. They also contribute to your value in your career or business.
Your roots are what nourish you and define you. Graduating from Vassar College is something I am very proud of, and my time there has influenced so much of how I think and approach business challenges.
